TimeVue Visitor Management System – First impressions count
Our TimeVue visitor management system is designed to be used on a touch screen computer or tablet device at reception. The opening screens are fully customisable to enable you to create a good first and lasting impression on your visitors each and every time someone visits your premises.
The customisable screens give you the opportunity to display your corporate image at its best using your logo, mission statement, brochure or video presentation. You can record acceptance of health & safety requirements and fire procedures. You can also present your visitor with digital forms and questionnaires to be filled out and signed etc.
Visitor Sign In – How it works
You can choose to use the visitor management system as self service or receptionist operated. The following example presumes a self service configuration using a touch screen.
Upon arrival at your reception area, your visitor will be greeted with your chosen bespoke opening screen, with a prompt to register their arrival, by clicking on a sign in button. Further simple onscreen prompts lead your visitor through the signing in process.
These screens can be customised to your specification, but will include the collection of basic data such as first name, last name, car registration, name of the Company they’re representing and from a drop down list the name of the person with whom they have an appointment.
Their contact will be emailed notifying them of their visitors arrival at reception, the visitor will then be instructed to collect their badge or sticker from the printer situated next to the touch screen console.
The visitor is immediately registered as being present on the premises for fire reporting purposes and may also be issued with an access control fob or card, to allow access control to certain areas of the building. If the touch screen has a camera, this will be automatically be used to capture a photo which can be printed out on the badge or sticker if required.
To sign out the visitor simply chooses the sign out button on the touch screen and chooses their name from a drop down list. And are removed from the fire roll call register.
